Their goal is to make people fearful of everything. The result is that citizns of such state cannot make any step without looking around. If I were a defense-lawyer I would probably raise the issue of topless woman in the park. The mentionerd park is a public place and it's indecent to show up topless in there. So this woman, who was used as an entrapment, committed infrigment of public order. I suppose that police would justify this topless woman by pointing on the fact taht she helped to catch this guy. It does not make any sense for me. Police has a right to do illegal things in order to improve criminal situation. Something should be changed.
